Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee of $8.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your gift if certain flowers are unavailable in various parts of the country or if a selected gift container is sold out. To maintain the appearance and spirit of the gift, we follow these substitution guidelines:
• Care is taken to match the style and color scheme of the arrangement and gift container.
• The colors of a mixed arrangement will be matched as closely as possible to the desired bouquet, using flowers of equal or greater value.
• If specific flowers are requested, flower type takes priority over color.
Return Policy
You may return any item for a full refund as long as the product is in it's original resaleable condition. Fresh flowers within 24hours from the delivery date, gift item within five business days from the delivery date.
If the recipient returns the item, upon receipt and inspection, either a gift certificate (within 7 days) or refund check will be issued (within 30 days) and also a credit can be issued to the sender's credit card within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the item.
